柳沈律师事务所近日迎来知识产权专家张华威律师以合伙人身份回归，他将常驻于东京。

张律师深耕知识产权领域，在专利撰写、OA答复、专利无效、专利分析、专利诉讼等方面具有丰富经验。此前，张律师曾于2012年加入柳沈担任律师以及专利代理师执业。

柳沈在一份新闻稿中表示，张律师的加入将进一步增强其综合业务实力、国际网络布局与团队建设，为该所律师队伍带来活力，促进其全方位知识产权法律服务的提升。

这是柳沈今年引入的最新一位合伙人级别律师。

Liu Shen welcomes IP expert back

Liu, Shen & Associates has recently welcomed intellectual property expert Zhang Huawei back as a partner in Tokyo.

Zhang is deeply involved in the field of intellectual property and has extensive experience in patent drafting, OA responses, patent invalidation, patent analysis, and patent litigation. Zhang joined Liu Shen as a lawyer and a patent attorney in 2012.

Liu Shen addressed in a press release that the addition of Zhang will further enhance its comprehensive practice strength, international network layout, and team building, bringing vitality to the firm's team of lawyers and promoting the enhancement of its full range of IP legal services.

This is the latest partner-level hire made by the firm this year.
