Sidley Austin has advised KWG Property Holding Limited on its $400 million issue of 8.25 percent senior bonds due in 2019, while Davis Polk & Wardwell acted for the initial purchasers.
KWG, a high-end residential properly developer, is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange. The firm has a large presence in Guangzhou, and is also present in eight other Chinese cities.
Sidley Austin advised KWG on U.S. and Hong Kong law, while Jingtian & Gongcheng and Conyers Dill & Pearman acted as PRC and Cayman Islands counsel, respectively.
