We have a new opportunity with a top US firm at the moment. Our client is looking for an outstanding individual who is intelligent and willing to get exposure to restructuring and litigation matters.

Our client, a reputed US technology conglomerate seeks a legal counsel to join their expanding business in China. You will provide legal advice, drive compliance processes, intellectual property issues, assist in the dispute resolution, support sales transactions, handle commercial matters and assist the litigation team in the Asia Pacific region.

We are working with a leading international firm currently interested in UK or common law qualified associates with top international or top local firm backgrounds. You will need to have c. NQ - 1 years corporate experience (on the UK scale) including M&A, additional experience in general banking and/or asset finance would also be of interest.
