Less than two years after the establishment of Jinmao Partners, three founding partners have left and joined the largest firm in Shanghai - AllBright - as senior partners.

The departing partners are Mao Guowei, Gu Jinqi and Qiu Weixin (pictured). They were among the nine partners of Shanghai Jin Mao PRC Lawyers who splintered off to set up Jinmao Partners at the end of 2007. The practices of the three partners all have a focus on the real estate and construction sector.
