Gaopeng & Partners has promoted another partner in its Shanghai office. Newly promoted partner Jiang Jianjun is a foreign legal business lawyer with extensive experience in international trade, corporate, M&A and real estate.

Before joining Gaopeng, Jiang worked for another Shanghai firm, Zhen Dan, after he graduated from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. His clients cover a wide range of industries: IT, construction, banking and international trade. The companies include Intel (China), 3M, 51job, Dior, Flex, Bank of China and PJR.

Regarding Jiang’s promotion, Wang Lei, managing partner of Gaopeng, said: “Quality lawyers are the life of a firm. A firm should be dedicated to providing a platform for the career development of lawyers and … [this will boost] the development of the firm.
