武汉办公室是浩天信和在华中地区继长沙、合肥办公室后设立的第3家分所，将进一步深入开拓浩天信和华中法律服务市场。未来，新办公室将聚焦争议解决与诉讼、税法、银行与金融、刑事合规、家族财富与传承等领域，为新型基础设施、战略性新兴产业、“光芯屏端网”重点产业集群、大健康产业、新业态新模式等领域的企业提供法律服务，并帮助武汉自贸区企业进行涉外业务对接。
今年上半年，浩天信和还新设立了青岛、海口办公室。
- 铸成律师事务所近日正式成立海南（陵水）分所，这是铸成在全国范围内的第5家分所。
新办公室的设立进一步完善了铸成在华南地区的战略布局，将借助海南自由贸易港建设等国家战略带来的机遇，为客户提供知识产权等领域的法律服务。
今年5月，铸成还成立了韩国办公室，进一步拓展铸成在亚太地区的业务范围。
- 上海勤理律师事务所近日成立广州分所，这是勤理在中国继北京和上海之后的第三家办公室。
广州分所是勤理在粤港澳大湾区内设立的首家分所，将专注于为大型国有和民营企业、外资企业、私人客户、家族企业提供跨境并购、债务重整、劳动法、遗嘱和信托等领域提供法律服务。
Chinese law firms: A roundup of recent office openings
- Hylands Law Firm has opened an office in Wuhan, the firm’s 22nd domestic branch.
The Wuhan office is Hylands’ third in central China after Changsha and Hefei. It will focus on dispute resolution, tax, banking and finance, white-collar crime and compliance, family wealth and inheritance, and provide legal services to companies in sectors like new infrastructure, emerging industries and macro-health, as well as the foreign business of companies in the Wuhan Free Trade Zone.
In the first half of this year, Hylands also opened in Qingdao and Haikou.
- Chang Tsi & Partners has opened in Hainan, its fifth branch in China. The new office will provide legal services related to intellectual property.
In May, Chang Tsi also expanded its international presence by opening an office in South Korea.
- Qinli Legal has opened its third office in Guangzhou. It also has offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
The Guangzhou office will provide legal services focusing on cross-border M&A, debt restructuring, labor law, and wills and trusts for large state-owned and private enterprises, foreign enterprises, private clients and family enterprises.
