天达共和律师事务所近日在四川省成都市设立办公室，这是天达共和在全国范围内的第五家分所。

天达共和成都分所将专注于公司业务、资本市场与证券、争议解决、银行与金融、知识产权、文化体育传媒、基础设施及项目融资、互联网科技、破产与重组、政府法律事务等领域。此外，提升涉外法律服务能力也是天达共和成都分所重点关注方向之一。

目前，天达共和成都分所共有八位合伙人，其中，高金林律师担任成都分所负责人。根据天达共和的一份新闻稿，成都分所接下来将扩充团队，组建起一支由80名执业律师、20名合伙人和顾问组成的专业团队。

天达共和律师事务所主任李大进表示：“在西部设立分所，是天达共和早已设定的战略发展规划之一，律所要实现可持续发展，决定了天达共和的法律服务市场要辐射全国。”

East & Concord expands by establishing Chengdu branch

East & Concord has recently set up a new office in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, which becomes its fifth domestic branch.

According to a press release by East & Concord, the Chengdu branch will focus on areas including corporate, capital market and securities, dispute resolution, banking and finance, intellectual property, culture, sports, media, infrastructure and project financing, internet technology, bankruptcy and restructuring, government affairs. Furthermore, the Chengdu branch also aims at improving its foreign legal services.

Currently East & Concord’s Chengdu branch has eight partners, among whom Gao Jinlin leads the team. According to their press release, the Chengdu branch will now actively recruit to build a team of 80 lawyers with 20 partners and associates.

Li Dajin, the director of East & Concord says: “The establishment of a branch office in West China is one of the strategic development plans of East & Concord. To achieve sustainable development, the law firm has decided that our legal services should radiate to the whole country.”
