近年来，科技（Technology）、媒体（Media）和电信（Telecom）三个行业迅猛发展，是中国经济发展的重要新动能。变化是TMT行业的特征，也是TMT行业的机会和挑战所在，由此我们看到TMT律师在为客户多样性的商事活动提供法律服务，以及快速响应TMT行业法律监管要求中展现出对商业的深刻理解和精湛的法律技能。我们希望通过此排名呈现过去12个月内中国TMT领域的顶尖律师。
每一个律师事务所最多能提名2位满足条件的TMT律师，请律所内部协商之后用一名联系人沟通提交报名表。被提名的TMT律师需要在过去的12个月内常驻中国大陆从事TMT相关法律服务，中外律师不限。
评选方法
我们将参考以下几个方面：
1）执业生涯主要成就；
2）过去12个月的重大成就 ；
3）候选人的主要客户 ；
4）候选人所获得的奖项；
5）候选人口碑
最终当选的15位TMT律师名单将刊登在2021年4月《亚洲法律杂志》中国版。

Submission open: 2021 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers
ALB is glad to announce that we are now accepting submissions for 2021 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers.
In recent years, the rapid development of Technology, Media and Telecom industries is an important new momentum for China's economic development. Change is the characteristic of TMT industry, and it is also the opportunity and challenge of TMT industry. TMT lawyers show deep understanding of business and superb legal skills in providing legal services for customers' diverse business activities and responding quickly to the legal supervision requirements of TMT industry. ALB is committed to identifying excellent TMT lawyers who are playing an increasingly indispensable role of the past 12 months.
One firm can nominate at most TWO lawyers who had outstanding achievement in the TMT area, candidates can be of any nationality, but need to be based in mainland China during the past 12 months.
Methodology
The list will be chosen on the basis of a combination of the following:
1) significant achievements;
2) important cases and work in the past 12 months;
3) clients the candidate has acted for;
4)significant accolades the candidate has received for work in the form of public recognition, awards etc;
5) client and colleague feedback.
The list of 2021 ALB China Top 15 TMT Lawyers will be published in ALB China’s April 2021 issue.
