近日，中伦律师事务所迎来窦兴、孙瑜、杨竞宇、游晓、赵艳春五位律师以合伙人身份分别加盟中伦南京、上海、成都和深圳办公室。

窦律师此前在江苏新高的律师事务所担任合伙人，擅长为保险公司、商业银行、金融资产管理公司、信托等机构提供金融（保险）产品的设计、合规评价、风险主动管理以及相关争议解决方面的法律服务。窦律师加盟后，中伦南京办公室共有12位合伙人。

孙律师加入中伦前曾在瑛明律师事务所担任合伙人，专注于证券、股权投资业务领域，协助众多企业收购产业链上下游资产，完成重组以及境内A股上市、搭建红筹或VIE架构以及海外上市，涉及教育与科创等诸多新兴领域。

赵律师此前在锦天城律师事务所担任高级合伙人，在私募股权与投资基金的合规、设立、募集及对外投资，ABS、信托计划、资产管理计划等金融产品等方面有深入的研究和丰富的实践经验；先后为母基金、VC、PE、并购基金、地产基金等私募股权与投资基金提供法律服务，投资领域涵盖生物医药、人工智能、教育、环保、大健康及不动产等，并为多家知名房地产公司的融资及兼并收购等提供法律服务。

杨律师此前在大成（成都）律师事务所担任合伙人，擅长处理标的额巨大、法律关系复杂的重大、疑难民商事纠纷、建设工程施工合同纠纷，并具有丰富的谈判经验和诉讼、仲裁庭审经验。杨律师加盟后，中伦成都办公室共有18位合伙人。

游律师此前在锦天城律师事务所和大成律师事务所担任合伙人。游律师在资本市场证券领域经验丰富，为数十家公司提供了境内股票发行上市、上市公司并购重组、再融资等证券法律服务；经办多起私募基金管理人登记、重大变更等事务；并担任多家上市公司、私募基金管理人的常年法律顾问，为私募基金管理人旗下基金的募集、投前、投后等事务提供法律服务。

Zhong Lun hire 5 partners nationally from Dentons and AllBright, among others

Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently added five partners: Dou Xing, Sun Yu, Yang Jingyu, You Xiao and Zhao Yanchun. The five lawyers are based across its Nanjing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen offices.

Dou was a partner at Jiangsu G&D Law Firm. He has expertise in providing legal services like financial (insurance) product design, compliance evaluation, risk management and dispute resolution for insurance companies, commercial banks, financial asset management companies, trusts and other institutions. With the addition of Dou, Zhong Lun’s Nanjing office now has 12 partners. 

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, Sun was a partner at Chen & Co Law Firm. She focuses on securities and equity investments, having assisted enterprises to acquire the upstream and downstream assets of the supply chain, and completed restructuring projects as well as domestic A-share listing, overseas listing, red-chip or VIE structure formation, involving emerging areas like education and science/technology innovation.

Zhao was a senior partner at AllBright before joining Zhong Lun. He has experience in compliance of private equity and investment funds, foreign investment, ABS, trust plan, asset management. Zhao has provided legal services for private equity and investment funds like mother funds, VC, PE, M&A funds and real estate funds, covering industries like biological pharmacy, artificial intelligence, education, environment, real estate. 

Yang previously worked as a partner at Dentons’ Chengdu office. He is an expert in dealing with complex civil, commercial disputes and construction contract disputes, with experience in negotiation, litigation and arbitration. After he joined, Zhong Lun’s Chengdu office now has 18 partners.

Prior to joining Zhong Lun, You worked as a partner at AllBright and Dentons. You has experience in capital market, having provided legal services for multiple companies on domestic listing, M&A and restructuring. She has also served as a long-term counsel for listed companies and private equity funds managers.
