天达共和律师事务所迎来房地产领域专家刘超文律师以合伙人身份加盟其成都办公室。此前，刘律师在北京盈科（成都）律师事务所担任合伙人。

刘律师主要执业领域包括房地产与建设施工、政府投资、基础设施建设与项目融资。他专注于政府投资、房产建工、基础设施建设领域，曾为多个政府机构、平台公司、大型央企国企及民营房地产企业提供高质量法律服务。

刘律师加入后，天达共和成都办公室目前有八位合伙人。

East & Concord welcomes real-estate partner in Chengdu

East & Concord hired Liu Chaowen, an expert in real-estate, as a partner to join its Chengdu office from Yingke (Chengdu) Law Firm, where Liu practiced as a partner.

Liu's main fields of practice include real estate and construction, government investment, infrastructure construction and project financing. He has expertise in government investment, real estate construction and infrastructure construction. He has provided high-quality legal services for a number of government institutes, platform companies, large state-owned enterprises and private real estate enterprises.

With the addition of Liu, East & Concord’s Chengdu office now has eight partners.
