奋迅律师事务所近日迎来袁开宇博士以高级顾问身份加盟其上海办公室，加盟前，袁博士曾任锦天城律师事务所资深顾问。未来袁博士将通过奋迅•贝克麦坚时（上海自贸区）联营办公室，与贝克•麦坚时金融服务团队展开合作。

袁博士专长于金融领域的法律及监管合规业务，曾为许多中国及国际银行和保险公司就设立新业务和新产品、业务重组、构建跨境交易框架、制定风险管控和公司合规政策及框架等事宜提供服务。袁博士此前还曾就职于中国银行总行、渣打银行（中国）和汇丰人寿保险等跨国银行、保险公司和电子支付服务提供商。

FenXun nabs financial service expert from AllBright in Shanghai

FenXun Partners has hired Kevin Yuan as senior counsel from AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai. He will join the firm's financial services team and will be collaborating with lawyers in the financial services group of Baker McKenzie through the Baker McKenzie FenXun Joint Operation platform.

Yuan has extensive regulatory and corporate compliance experience in financial services, having counseled many Chinese and international banks and insurance companies on regulatory and compliance matters in relation to establishment of new businesses and new products, reorganization and restructuring, structuring of cross-border transactions, and formulating risk control and corporate compliance policies and framework. 

"We look forward to having Kevin join our lawyers in assisting clients as they transform their business operations to pave way for post-pandemic recovery," said Jason Ng, head of Baker McKenzie's Financial Services practice in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore.
