Anli adds IP partner trio in Beijing
Anli Partners has hired intellectual property (IP) experts Yu Chunsheng, Tu Lingfen and Ye Zhongnan, who join with the rest of the IP team of Finefields Associates, as partners in Anli’s Beijing office.
Yu focuses on IP, international trade and investment, and corporate. He established Finefields in 1998 and Finefields IP Agency in 2002. Yu has extensive experience in Chinese and Japanese IP-related legal affairs, having advised a number of Japanese enterprises including Honda Motor Company and Canon Inc.
Tu’s practice areas include IP, corporate, and commercial litigation and arbitration. She has expertise in trademark, copyrights, and anti-unfair competition. Tu has advised over 100 Chinese and Japanese enterprises on IP affairs.
Ye is familiar with IP practices including patent, trademark, copyrights, and anti-unfair competition. He has patent attorney qualification and has advised a number of large Chinese and Japanese enterprises on IP and corporate matters.
This is Anli’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Lin Minjie, Wei Peng and Hu Lijuan in August.
