方达律师事务所近日宣布启动私人财富管理业务，并迎来负责人任文霞律师以合伙人身份加盟其上海办公室。加盟方达前，任律师执业于上海信栢律师事务所，并曾在上海勤理律师事务所担任合伙人。

任律师在为国内外超高净值人士提供跨境财产和传承规划、境内外家族信托设计与管理、婚姻和婚姻财产规划、家族治理咨询、跨境继承、慈善捐赠、家族企业的设立、运营与退出等服务领域拥有丰富的经验。任律师也是境内外多家私人银行、信托公司和家族办公室的外部法律顾问，为其提供与私人客户以及家族信托相关的法律服务。

Fangda launches private wealth management practice by welcoming partner in Shanghai

Fangda Partners has recently launched private wealth management practice in Shanghai and hired partner Jane Ren to lead the new practice. Prior to joining Fangda, Ren practiced at Xin Bai Law Firm, an independent law firm and a member of the PwC global network of firms, and Shanghai Qin Li Law Firm.

Ren’s practice focuses on trust fund design and management, asset succession and planning, and family business management for high net value individuals, families, private banks, trust fund companies and family offices. Ren is also an external legal counsel advising a number of domestic and foreign private banks, trust fund companies and family offices.

Liang Han, the director of Fangda’s management committee, said in a statement: “Ren’s joining marks the beginning Fangda’s journey in a whole new area, which we believe will grow fast and form strong collaboration with our other practices.”
