Han Kun strengthens IP by adding partner in Beijing

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Zhang Jian, an expert in intellectual property, as a partner in its Beijing office. Prior to joining Han Kun, Zhang has practiced Chinese IP law for more than 14 years with a boutique IP law firm in China.

Zhang’s practice focuses on IP-related legal services, especially in relation to patents.  She has extensive experience in patent invalidation, IP infringement litigation, administrative litigation, and licensing, and is particularly familiar with patent prosecution and dispute resolution in technical fields such as telecommunications, computers, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and signal processing.  She also provides legal advice for a variety of matters including patent analysis, IP due diligence, and IP strategy design.

This is Han Kun’s latest partner-level hire since adding Nick Shu in July.
