汉坤律师事务所近日迎来资本市场和并购领域专家袁嘉妮律师以合伙人身份加盟深圳办公室。此前，袁律师在君合律师事务所执业。

袁律师在境内外资本市场和并购领域具有丰富经验，曾参与过数十个境内外上市项目和大量并购项目，涵盖制造业、商业连锁、基础设施、金融服务、保险、医药、旅游等行业。

这是继尤杨律师今年8月初加盟汉坤北京办公室后的又一项重要横向招聘，今年的其他招聘包括：1月，争议解决专家金立宇律师，以及私募、并购专家崔磊律师分别加盟上海办公室和香港联营所，2月，税务专家袁世也律师加盟了北京办公室；6月，争议解决专家范向阳律师和叶汉杰律师分别加盟北京办公室和香港联营所。

Han Kun adds capital markets partner in Shenzhen from JunHe

Han Kun Law Offices has hired capital markets and M&A expert Yuan Jiani as a partner in Shenzhen from JunHe.

Yuan is an expert in domestic and cross-border capital markets and M&A, involving industries like manufacturing, commerce, business linkage, infrastructure, finance, insurance, medicine and travel.

She is Han Kun’s second lateral partner hire this month, after it added You Yang in Beijing. Other partner hires this year have included Denning Jin in Shanghai and Angela Cui in Hong Kong in January; Yuan Shiye in Beijing in February; and Fan Xiangyang in Beijing and Adrian Yip in Hong Kong in June.
