汉坤律师事务所近日迎来袁黎明律师加盟上海办公室。袁律师是跨境并购业务领域的资深律师，此前，他曾在美国众达律师事务所执业十八年。

袁律师的执业领域主要集中在大型复杂的跨境并购，曾代表多家跨国公司及私募股权基金出售整体大中国区业务、常年代表跨国公司和私募股权公司收购中国目标公司，并代表中国客户进行海外收购和投资。他在代理客户处理棘手的复杂、敏感的交易方面具有丰富经验，擅长处理与交易结构、监管批准、合资经营、税务、劳动法、合规等相关复杂问题。他在生命科学和医疗健康行业亦拥有非常丰富的交易经验。

Han Kun strengthens cross-border M&A practice by adding partner in Shanghai

Han Kun Law Offices has hired Liming Yuan as partner in Shanghai from at Jones Day.

Yuan's practice focuses on representing multinational companies in acquisitions and investments in China and China-based clients in acquisitions and investments overseas.  He has in-depth experience advising clients in complex and sensitive transactions that have become difficult to resolve, with a particular emphasis on complex issues related to deal structuring, regulatory approvals, joint ventures, tax, employment, and compliance.  He also has extensive experience in the area of life sciences and healthcare.
