汉坤香港联营律师行近日迎来崔磊以合伙人身份加盟，加盟汉坤前，崔律师曾任金杜律师事务所香港办公室顾问。

崔磊律师的主要执业领域为私募股权投资、跨境并购以及复杂商事交易，曾代表各类机构对非上市公司和上市公司进行股权融资、债权融资和结构性融资等多种形式投融资，涉及消费、教育、通讯媒体科技、医疗、新能源、酒店和房地产等行业。

据悉，汉坤香港联营律师行目前共有5位合伙人。根据ALB此前的报道，2018年8月，其迎来邓芷皓律师和李涛律师从美国盛信律师事务所加盟，但在2019年4月，其资本市场合伙人叶宇嵘律师离开加盟了君合律师事务所香港办公室。

Han Kun hires PE, M&A expert in Hong Kong from KWM

Han Kun's Hong Kong associated law firm has hired Angela Cui as partner from King & Wood Malleson’s Hong Kong office where she was counsel.

Cui specializes on private equity, cross-border M&A and complex commercial transactions. She has represented private equity funds, financial institutions and other alternative asset management firms in transactions including investments in private and public companies in various forms of equity and debt investments and structured financing, with special knowledge on industries of consumer, education, TMT, healthcare, new energy, hospitality and real estate. 

Han Kun's Hong Kong associated law firm now has five partners. According to ALB’s previous reportage, capital markets duo Ethle Tang and Li Tao joined from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in August 2018, and it lost partner Ye Yurong to JunHe last April.
