浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来争议解决专家沈素然律师、娱乐传媒与互联网专家袁娟律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。

沈律师曾在中闻律师事务所担任金融与资本市场业务部执行主任，并曾担任浩天信和香港分所、美国办事处海外事务联络人。沈律师专注于争议解决、银行与保险、并购重组等领域，曾先后为国家开发银行、中国再保险集团、香港南丰集团、香港香江地产、海尔地产等企业与机构就并购重组、投融资、争议解决等提供法律服务。

袁律师在娱乐传媒与互联网、房地产、诉讼与仲裁等领域具备丰富执业经验，擅长在股权并购、资产收购、公司日常运营、知识产权综合保护等方面为客户提供法律意见。她曾为中央电视台、广电总局电影频道节目制作中心、上影集团、香港寰亚集团、优酷等公司，以及文娱行业编剧、导演、演员等提供法律服务。

这是浩天信和继今年8月迎来张国光律师后的最新一批合伙人级别加盟。浩天信和在一份新闻稿中表示：“她们的到来将分别在娱乐传媒与互联网、争议解决与诉讼、银行与金融、并购重组等领域进一步提升浩天信和在市场的竞争力。”

Hylands strengthens disputes resolution and entertainment practices by adding two partners in Beijing

Hylands Law Firm has recently hired disputes resolution lawyer Shen Suran and entertainment, media and Internet expert Yuan Juan as partners in its Beijing office.

Prior to joining Hylands, Shen practiced as the executive director of finance and capital markets department at Zhongwen Law Firm. Shen has also served as the foreign affair contact person of Hylands’ Hong Kong and US offices. She focuses on disputes resolution, banking and insurance, and M&A and restructuring, having advised a number of enterprises and institutions including China Development Bank, China Reinsurance Corporation, Nan Fung Group, Hong Kong Property, and Haier Real Estate Group on legal matters falling to her expertise.

With extensive experience in entertainment, media and Internet, real estate, and litigation and arbitration, Yuan is familiar with M&A of equity and assets, corporate, and intellectual property practices. She has served a variety of clients including CCTV, Shanghai Film Group Corporation, Media Asia Group Holdings, Youku, as well as script writers, directors and actors.

This is Hylands’ latest group of partner-level hires since the joining of Zhang Guoguang in August. The firm said in a statement: “Their joining will further strengthen Hylands’ competence in the fields of entertainment, media and Internet, disputes resolution and litigation, banking and finance, and M&A and restructuring.”
