浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来公司合规专家李延龙律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京总部。此前，李律师在北京润朗律师事务所担任合伙人。

李律师的执业领域包括公司合规、生命健康、资本市场/证券，他专注于企业法律风险管理的研究，曾为上市公司、大型国有企业担任法律顾问，涉及领域包括健康医疗、物业管理、工程建设、人力资源、融资租赁、金融保险、基金投资等。

这是浩天信和继本月初迎来合伙人吕纯杰律师后的又一项合伙人级别招聘。

Hylands adds corporate compliance partner in Beijing

Hylands Law Firm has hired Li Yanlong, an expert in corporate compliance, as a partner in its Beijing headquarter from Real Long Law Firm, where Li was a partner.

Li’s practice covers corporate compliance, healthcare, and capital markets. With experience in the research of corporate legal risks management, he has advised a number of listed companies and large state-owned enterprises, involving fields like healthcare, real estate, construction, human resources, finance lease, insurance, and investment in funds.

This is Hylands’ latest partner-level hire since the joining of Lv Chunjie earlier this month.
