浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来母澈昌律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京办公室。母律师业务领域包括兼并收购、争议解决与诉讼、房地产与建设工程。此前，他曾在众鑫律师事务所担任合伙人。

母律师担任或曾经担任财政部、北京市土地整理储备中心的政府法律顾问，同时持续给北京市朝阳区多个乡镇等政府提供法律服务，并给多家大中型企业提供常年法律顾问服务，在土地一级开发、集体土地利用、城镇房地产合作开发等法律服务方面拥有较为丰富的经验。

这是继五月中旬郭远程律师加盟后，浩天信和今年的第二起合伙人级别横向招聘。

Hylands adds M&A partner in Beijing

Hylands Law Firm has recently hired M&A lawyer Mu Chechang as partner in its Beijing office from Zhong Xin Law Office, where he was a partner.

Mu focuses on M&A, dispute resolution, real-estate, and construction. With experience in primary land development, collective land use and real-estate cooperation between urban and rural areas, he has advised the Ministry of Finance, Beijing Land Arrangement and Reserve Centre and a few large enterprises.

This is Hylands’ second partner-level lateral hire in 2021 following the hire of Guo Yuancheng in the middle of May. According to the ALB China Top 30 Largest Law Firms 2021 list, it is the 14th largest domestic law firm in China, with more than 1,000 lawyers across 27 offices.
