浩天信和律师事务所近日迎来颜麟律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京总部。颜律师专注于生命健康领域，加盟浩天信和之前，他曾在北京润朗律师事务所担任执行主任。

颜律师的主要执业领域包括生命健康、能源与自然资源、私募股权，主要服务于政府机构、生物科技企业、医疗机构等，涉及相关健康项目合规管理、基础设施建设顾问、企业股权架构、生物科技类企业上市、争议解决等。

这是本月上旬浩天信和迎来合伙人蒋硕律师后的又一起合伙人级别横向招聘。

Hylands adds healthcare partner in Beijing HQ

Hylands Law Firm has recently hired healthcare lawyer Yan Lin as a partner in its Beijing headquarter from Real Long Law Firm, where he was the executive director.

Yan’s practice focuses on healthcare, energies and private equity. He has advised government institutions, biotech companies and medical institutions, involving healthcare project compliance management, infrastructure construction, shareholding structure, IPO of biotech companies and dispute resolution.

This is another partner-level lateral hire by Hylands since adding partner Jiang Shuo earlier in June.
