澄明则正律师事务所近日迎来姜俊峰律师以合伙人身份加盟，他将在上海总部办公室展开执业。加盟前，姜律师以资深法律顾问身份供职于腾讯。

根据澄明则正的一份新闻稿，姜律师在境内外投融资、并购重组领域具有丰富经验。在腾讯企业投资部门工作的近十年间，姜律师参与过覆盖文娱传媒、消费零售、金融科技、教育等多个领域的投融资项目。

加入腾讯前，姜律师还曾执业于君合律师事务所上海分所以及美国普衡律师事务所上海代表处。

这是澄明则正本月的第三则重要横向招聘。本月中旬，曾任职于美国威尔逊律师事务所的王绍凯律师以合伙人身份加盟澄明；随后，澄明又迎来李锐律师以高级合伙人身份加盟。

澄明则正目前在中国拥有8名合伙人。

Fast-growing CM Law Firm hires Tencent counsel as partner in Shanghai

CM Law Firm has hired investment and M&A expert Jiang Junfeng as a partner in its Shanghai office from Internet giant Tencent, where he was a senior legal counsel. 

Jiang has experience in domestic and overseas investment, finance and M&A. At Tencent, he was a part of the company’s investment department, focusing on investment and finance projects in sectors such as culture and entertainment, media and communication, retail, fintech and education. Prior to Tencent, he worked with law firms JunHe and Paul Hastings, both in Shanghai.

This is CM’s third lateral partner hire since July. It previously brought on board Wang Shaokai as a partner from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, and Li Rui as a senior partner. 

With these three additions, CM now has eight partners across its three offices in China.
