DaHui Strengthens Corporate/M&A Teams with Two New Partners in Shanghai
DaHui Lawyers has added two partners to its Corporate/M&A practice group, Jacky Zhu and Yingyuan Xue, bringing with them a combined two decades of prior work with PRC and international firms. Both partners will be based in DaHui’s Shanghai office.
Jacky Zhu primarily advises clients on complex cross-border M&A and foreign investment transactions in China. His primary practice areas include cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and private equity and venture capital financing. Jacky also advises multiple major SOEs on their compliance with the rules of overseas stock markets. Before joining DaHui lawyers, Jacky worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Shanghai and Beijing for several years, after obtaining law degrees from University of Pennsylvania and Peking University.
Yingyuan Xue focuses on equity investments, merger and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, assets dispositions and daily corporate matters. She is experienced in representing international and local clients in investment projects, cross-border merger and acquisitions and re-structuring of existing entities in PRC and has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including consumer products, finance, education, telecommunication, medical, software, traditional and internet media, manufacturing, trading, logistics and transportation. Before joining DaHui Lawyers, Yingyuan worked at King & Wood Mallesons a major PRC law firm for 12 years, after obtaining a law degree from Fudan University.
