近日，法国德尚律师事务所助力逸仙电商成功收购欧洲最大的皮肤医学及护理集团之一法国Pierre Fabre集团旗下高端美妝品牌Galénic以及和该品牌相关的营业资产。

逸仙电商创立于2016年，总部位于广州市，旗下拥有三个高增长的彩妆及护肤品牌——完美日记、小奥汀及完子心选。2020年11月，逸仙电商登陆纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，成为首家在美股上市的中国美妆企业。Pierre Fabre始于1951年，公司的业务主要分为医疗保健和医学护肤。2019年，Pierre Fabre集团的营业额达24亿欧元，业务遍及130个国家/地区。

德尚律师事务所巴黎并购及公司法部、劳动法部、知识产权法部为此项交易提供了全程法律服务。项目团队由巴黎中国部负责人Laurence Ren(任晓红)女士牵头，巴黎合伙人Bernard Téze，Catherine Verneret，Gwladys Beauchet主办。

French Firm DS Avocats acts on Yatsen’s acquisition of Galénic from Pierre Fabre

French firm DS Avocats has recently advised Yatsen Holding, a Chinese cosmetic e-commerce platform, on its acquisition of Galénic, a French high-end cosmetic brand, from Pierre Fabre, one of Europe’s largest skincare companies. 

Established in 2016, the Guangzhou-headquartered Yatsen is the mother company to Perfect Diary, Little Ondine and Abby’s Choice, three fast growing makeup and skincare brands. Yatsen became the first Chinese cosmetics company to be listed on the US stock market after launching its IPO in New York Stock Exchange in November 2020. Pierre Fabre, the seller in this M&A deal, was established in 1951. Its business mainly includes healthcare and medical skin care, covering more 130 countries. In 2019, Pierre Fabre’s had a turnover of €2.4 billion.
