中国医疗健康管理平台思派健康科技已于近期向港交所提交上市申请。据财经媒体报道，此次上市拟募资10亿美元。竞天公诚律师事务所、美迈斯律师事务所为其提供法律意见；通商律师事务所、高伟绅律师事务所则担任联席保荐人律师。

思派健康科技成立于2014年，隶属于思派集团，主营业务包括医生研究解决方案、药品福利管理及供应商与支付方解决方案。

此次IPO项目中，Campbells担任发行人离岸律师。联席保荐人为摩根士丹利、中金公司、海通国际。

O’Melveny and CC leading on Chinese healthcare management platform’s planned IPO in Hong Kong

O’Melveny & Myers and Jingtian & Gongcheng are advising Medbanks, a Chinese healthcare management platform, on its planned $1 billion IPO in Hong Kong, with Clifford Chance and Commerce & Finance Law Offices advising the joint sponsors.

Established in 2014, Medbanks runs three business lines including physician research solution, pharmacy benefit management, and provider and payer solution.

Campbells is advising the company as the offshore lawyer. The joint sponsors are Morgan Stanley, CICC and Haitong International.
