中伦律师事务所近日迎来资本市场律师程华德、刑事合规律师李涛以合伙人身份，分别加盟其杭州、深圳办公室。

程华德律师专注于资本市场、投资并购和公司治理等相关领域法律服务，业务范畴涵盖生物医药、高端装备制造、信息技术等行业，服务客户包括大型国有企业、医疗器械龙头企业、知名医药公司、交通运输企业及知名投资机构等。加盟中伦前，程律师曾于天元律师事务所担任合伙人。

李涛律师曾有十五年行政执法和刑事执法工作经历，擅长进出口贸易合规、经济犯罪刑事辩护、刑事合规、涉外商事纠纷解决等领域服务。加盟中伦前，李律师曾于德和衡律师事务所担任合伙人。

中伦在一份新闻稿中表示，两位律师的加盟将为区域办公室的业务发展注入新力量。根据中伦官网，其深圳办公室目前有48位权益合伙人，杭州办公室则有16位权益合伙人。

Zhong Lun adds two partners in regional offices

Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently hired capital market expert Cheng Huade and criminal compliance expert Li Tao as partners respectively in its Hangzhou and Shenzhen offices. Before joining Zhong Lun, Cheng was a partner at Tian Yuan Law Office, and Zhou was a partner at DHH Law Firm.

Cheng focuses on the practice areas of capital market, investment, M&A and corporate governance, covering industries such as biotech, high-end equipment manufacturing and information technology. His clients include state-owned enterprises, leading medical device and pharmaceutical companies, transportation companies and investment institutions.

Meanwhile, Zhou has more than 15 years of experience in administrative and criminal law enforcement, specializing in providing support to import and export trade compliance, criminal defense of economic crimes, criminal compliance, and foreign-related commercial dispute resolution.

Zhong Lun hopes to further develop its regional offices by these two hires. Its Shenzhen and Hangzhou offices now have 48 and 16 equity partners, respectively.
