君合律师事务所近日迎来合规业务专家刘晨光律师、孙博律师以合伙人身份携团队加盟其上海办公室。此前，刘律师在元达律师事务所担任合伙人及共同创始人，孙律师则在该所担任合伙人。

刘律师作为政府监管及跨境合规领域的专家，在FCPA及反贿赂、跨境合规调查白领犯罪方面拥有近20年的经验，曾协助许多财富500强企业解决复杂的监管挑战，所涉行业领域广泛，涵盖医疗健康和生命科学、制药和医疗器械、能源、环境、汽车、制造业、食品、饮料与农业等。

孙律师专注于跨境合规、隐私保护与网络安全、政府调查及白领犯罪等业务领域。她曾代表客户处理数十起与美国《反海外腐败法》（FCPA）有关的政府调查案件，应对涉及中国、美国、欧洲等不同司法区域的政府调查，协助客户处理反腐败、出口管制、数据跨境等监管合规及危机处理项目。

JunHe expands compliance offering with Shanghai team from Winston China alliance firm

JunHe has hired a team of regulatory compliance experts in its Shanghai office from Yuanda China Law Offices, Winston & Strawn’s alliance firm in China, including partners Leon Liu and Carol Sun. 

Liu, a co-founder of Yuanda, is an expert in government enforcement and cross-border regulatory compliance. With nearly 20 years of experience in FCPA and anti-bribery, cross-border compliance investigation, and white-collar crimes, he has counseled Fortune 500 companies across industries such as healthcare and life sciences, pharmaceutical and medical devices, energy, environment, automobile, manufacturing, food, beverage, and agriculture.

Sun specializes in cross-border compliance, privacy and network security, government investigation and white-collar crimes. She has represented clients in handling government investigation cases related to FCPA, dealt with government investigations involving different jurisdictions such as China, the U.S. and Europe, and assisted clients in handling regulatory compliance and crisis management projects such as anti-corruption, export control and cross-border data transfer.

Liu and Sun are JunHe’s latest partner hires since it added Han Zhen in Beijing.
