国浩律师事务所近日迎来公司业务资深律师孙翔、房地产业务专家和福律师、资深刑事辩护律师林峰以合伙人身份加盟，其中，孙律师、和律师加盟该所昆明办公室，林律师则加盟其福州办公室。

孙律师此前执业于建纬（昆明）律师事务所，他在大型国有企业的公司治理、冶金、矿业、能源、大宗商品、建设工程、合资合作、投融资法律业务方面具有近30年的执业经验。孙律师兼任昆明等多地仲裁委员会仲裁员。

和律师此前亦就职于建纬昆明分所，在房地产、建设工程、不良资产等领域具有丰富的诉讼和非诉经验。他曾为多家大型房地产开发企业和基础设施建设企业提供法律服务。

林律师加盟国浩前曾就职于北京市炜衡（福州）律师事务所。他擅长刑事辩护、建设工程与房地产等领域业务，曾处理过十多起无罪成功案例，并长期为政府部门、房地产企业提供法律服务。

这是国浩昆明、福州两地办公室继今年4月分别迎来商事诉讼律师吕思成、房地产专家李晓东律师后的最新一批合伙人级别引入。

Grandall adds three partners in Kunming and Fuzhou

Grandall Law Firm has hired corporate lawyer Sun Xiang, real estate expert He Fu, and criminal litigator Lin Feng as partners, with the first two joining its Kunming office and Lin joining its Fuzhou office.

Prior to Grandall, Sun worked at City Development Law Firm’s Kunming office. He has nearly 30 years of experience advising large state-owned enterprises on corporate governance, metallurgy, mineral, energy, bulk commodity, construction, joint venture, and investment and finance. Sun is meanwhile an arbitrator at Kunming Arbitration Committee.

He also practiced at City Development Law Firm’s Kunming office before joining Grandall. He has extensive experience in litigation and non-litigation legal affairs involving real estate, construction, and non-performing assets, having served a number of large enterprises in the industries and sectors mentioned above. 

Lin, formerly practicing at the Fuzhou office of W&H Law Firm, has expertise in criminal defense, construction, and real estate. He has successfully dealt with multiple criminal litigation cases and has been a long-term advisor for government departments and real estate enterprises.

This is the latest partner-level hire by Grandall’s Kunming and Fuzhou offices since adding commercial litigator Lv Sicheng and real estate veteran Li Xiaodong in April, respectively.
