汉坤律师事务所近日迎来私募股权和风险投资专家夏彦律师的回归，他将主要在深圳办公室工作。回归汉坤前，夏律师执业于世辉律师事务所。

夏律师在私募股权和风险投资、公司并购、外商直接投资和境外投资、合规、基金设立和境外上市等领域拥有丰富的执业经验，曾为数十家投资机构的境外美元和境内人民币私募和风险投资项目、基金设立项目提供法律服务，并曾为众多大型集团公司、上市公司的境内外投资、兼并收购项目提供法律服务。夏律师还曾为众多初创企业的境内外架构搭建和重组、员工股权激励、私募股权融资、项目融资、IPO、合规、常年法律顾问等项目提供法律意见。

这是汉坤继今年7月迎来宋海宁律师后的又一起重要引入。

Han Kun welcomed back private equity expert in Shenzhen

Han Kun Law Offices has welcomed the returning of Xia Yan, an expert in private equity and venture capital who will be based in its Shenzhen office. Xia previously practiced at Shihui Partners.

Xia has extensive experience in areas of private equity and venture capital investment, M&As, FDI and outbound investment, compliance, fund formation, and offshore IPOs. He has advised dozens of RMB and USD funds on their investment, financing, and fund formation transactions.  Xia has also advised many business groups and listed companies in connection with their domestic and outbound investment and M&A transactions, as well as many start-up companies in their domestic and outbound restructurings, employee equity incentive plans, private equity financings, project financings, IPOs, compliance, and general legal matters.

This is Han Kun’s latest major hire since adding Song Haining in July.
