汉坤律师事务所香港联营律师行近日迎来跨境并购律师柴璐以合伙人身份加盟。此前，柴律师在一家私募股权机构担任总法律顾问，还曾在苏利文·克伦威尔律师事务所香港和纽约办公室工作。

柴律师专注于私营企业和上市公司的收购兼并、私募股权投资、证券发行和上市等业务。她曾代表私募股权基金和金融机构的直接投资部门在中国进行直接投资、代表美国和欧洲跨国公司收购或出售中国业务，代表中国大型国企和私营公司进行海外收购和资产处置。柴律师服务的客户涉及金融、保险、通信、互联网和科技、消费品、矿业、电力和能源、制造业及医疗等多个行业领域。

Han Kun adds cross-border M&A partner in its HK associated law firm

Han Kun Law Offices’ Hong Kong associated law firm has recently hired cross-border M&A expert Chai Lu as a partner. Prior to this, Chai was a general counsel of a private equity firm, and had practiced at the Hong Kong and New York offices of Sullivan & Cromwell.

Chai’s practice focuses on M&A, private equity transactions and securities offerings and listings.  She has represented private equity funds and the principal investment departments of financial institutions in direct investment in China, represented U.S. and European multinational companies in the acquisition or sale of Chinese businesses, and represented large Chinese state-owned enterprises and private companies in overseas acquisitions and asset disposals. Chai has represented clients in industries like financial services, insurance, TMT, consumer goods, mining, power and energy, manufacturing, and healthcare.

This is Han Kun’s latest partner-level hire since adding Zhang Jian earlier in November.
