Haiwen welcomes dispute resolution expert in Shanghai

Haiwen & Partners has hired Chen Jingjing as partner in its Shanghai office. Before joining Haiwen, she had been with Shanghai Yun Zheng Law Firm for nine years. She worked for Haiwen briefly back in 2013.

Chen has extensive experience in commercial litigation and arbitration and has over sixteen years of experience in the field of dispute resolution. Chen handles a wide variety of disputes in a range of industries, particularly disputes involving product liability, distribution agreements, construction and engineering, international trade, and banking and finance.
