竞天公诚律师事务所近日迎来争议解决律师李家怡加盟其香港办公室。此前，李律师在高李叶律师行担任合伙人。

李律师的主要执业领域包括商事纠纷与仲裁，土地、建筑管理和租赁纠纷，破产重整，监管调查以及司法审查。在此前的职业生涯中，她代表很多中国内地、香港和国际公司处理商事交易相关的诉讼案件。此外，李律师还精通破产及破产重整等领域业务，曾多次代表客户对其债务人启动清算和破产程序，并就各类香港和跨境清算事务向清算人和债权人提供法律咨询。

李律师加盟后，竞天公诚香港办公室共有13位合伙人。

Jingtian strengthens HK arm with dispute resolution partner from local firm

Jingtian & Gongcheng has hired Clare Lee, an expert in dispute resolution, as a partner in its Hong Kong office from KAO, LEE & YIP, where she was a partner.

Lee’s practice areas include commercial disputes and arbitration, land, building management and tenancy disputes, restructuring and insolvency, regulatory investigations and judicial reviews. She has represented many China, Hong Kong SAR, and international companies on their claims relating to commercial transactions, as well as defense of claims against her clients. Lee also has experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency. She has represented her clients to commence a number of winding up and bankruptcy proceedings against their debtors, as well as advising liquidators and creditors on their various Hong Kong and cross-border issues.

Jingtian’s Hong Kong office now has 13 partners following the hire of Lee.
