杨律师具有美国职业资格，在亚太地区拥有超过20年的执业经验，擅长就在美发行债券和股票等为发行人或承销商提供法律意见，包括美国首次公开发行、投资级和高收益债券发行、144A规则和S条例配售及有资产支持的证券发行等。

CC hires debt partner in Hong Kong from Shearman & Sterling

Magic Circle firm Clifford Chance has hired debt markets specialist Alan Yeung as a partner in its Hong Kong office from Shearman & Sterling.

Yeung has more than 20 years of experience in the Asia-Pacific. He has expertise in advising issuers and underwriters on debt and equity offerings of securities into the U.S., high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S placements and liability management transactions.

He is Clifford Chance’s first partner-level hire in Hong Kong since the firm added Soo Khim Keoy and Jonathan Wong in July.
