6月12日，生物科技公司燃石医学在纳斯达克成功上市，共募资约2.56亿美元。美国佳利律师事务所、世辉律师事务所担任发行人律师，美国盛信律师事务所、竞天公诚律师事务所担任承销商律师，迈普达律师事务所则就开曼群岛法律提供意见。

成立于2014年，燃石医学主要从事肿瘤检测试剂的研发及肿瘤检测业务，是国内二代癌症基因检测龙头企业之一。这也是继传奇生物后，近期第二家在纳斯达克上市的中国生物科技公司。

摩根士丹利、美银美林、科文担任此次上市联合承销商。

Cleary, Shihui, STB, Jingtian, Maples on second China biotech IPO in U.S. recently

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton and Shihui Partners have advised China biotech company Burning Rock on its $256 million initial public offering on Nasdaq, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the underwriters. 

Founded in 2014, Burning Rock focuses on precision oncology and early cancer detection. It is the second China biotech company to be listed on Nasdaq, following Legend Biotech.

Maples and Calder acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel, and Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities and Cowen are among the lead underwriters to the company’s offering.
