1月20日，云计算服务平台优刻得（UCloud）在上交所科创板上市，此次上市共募集约19.44亿元资金。君合律师事务所担任了发行人律师，通力律师事务所则为保荐人中金公司提供了法律意见。

根据通力的一份新闻稿，优刻得是A股资本市场首家拥有“同股不同权”架构的上市公司，也是A股资本市场首家云计算上市公司。创立于2011年，优刻得拥有云计算核心技术，技术范围覆盖公有云、私有云、混合云等细分领域。此次募集资金将用于“多媒体云平台项目”“网络环境下应用数据安全流通平台项目”“新一代人工智能服务平台项目”以及“内蒙古乌兰察布市集宁区优刻得数据中心项目”的建设。

君合团队此次牵头律师为合伙人王毅、蒋文俊、尚世鸣。

JunHe, Llinks act on the first cloud computing IPO on STAR Market

JunHe has advised cloud computing platform UCloud on its $283 million initial public offering on the Shanghai STAR Market, with Llinks Law Offices advising the underwriter CICC. This is the first cloud computing company in China to go public, as well as the first company to adopt weighted voting rights structure on the A share. 

Founded in 2011, UCloud provides a series of cloud computing products including IaaS, PaaS, big data exchange platform and AI platform. The raised funds will be used to further enhance technology development and building of new data centers.
