协力律师事务所近日设立了济南分所，这也是协力在国内的第12家分支机构。

据悉，协力济南分所目前共有24位工作人员，其中高级合伙人5人，合伙人2人，普通律师8人。分所负责人为张寿海律师，其执业重点为金融法律领域。张律师曾在国有银行担任金融经济师，加入协力前任大成济南分所高级合伙人。他在金融债权项目处置、银行设立与风险防控、挂牌与上市、并购重组与企业改制、房地产与建筑工程等方面办理了诸多金融法律事务。

未来协力济南分所将以建筑房地产、知识产权、融资并购、投资贸易等为业务核心。

协力告诉ALB，分所将立足济南，辐射整个山东及华北地区。济南有着重要的战略、经济和交通地位，律师事业也正处于重要发展时期，济南分所的成立完善了协力的全国网络体系。

Co-effort strengthens presence in North China, opens new branch in Jinan

Shanghai Co-effort Law Firm has set up a new branch in Jinan, the provincial capital of Shandong, which is its twelfth branch in China.

Co-effort told ALB that the new branch now has a headcount of 24 people, including 5 senior partners and 2 partners. It will be led by senior partner Zhang Shouhai, who had worked in a State-owned bank as economist and was a senior partner of Dentons before joining Co-effort. Zhang specializes in financial laws, focusing on financial claims, bank establishment, IPO, M&A, as well as real estate and construction.

The new branch will focus on real estate, intellectual property, fundraising, M&A and investment & trade.

Co-effort added that the new branch in Jinan, which possessed important strategic, economic and transportation position in North China, will help the firm to further complete its national network.
