Jun He Law Offices recently added former King & Wood partner Huang Xiaoli to its Guangzhou squad of capital markets infrastructure and project financing.

Huang’s practice areas include securities, M&As, restructuring for IPOs, and reorganisations. She currently acts as a permanent legal counsel for several listed companies also.

Having served as the lead counsel of large state-owned enterprises, media organisations and real estate companies, Huang is particularly experienced in the area of corporate restructurings, and has been involved in a number of securities transactions, public listings in China and overseas, restructurings, listings, and asset reorganisations.
