ALB始终关注着公司法务团队在法律行业中的角色和影响，当今的公司法务凭借着高度的专业能力、对公司业务的深度理解和绝佳的团队配合，法务团队不断更新法律知识及实践经验，提升商业意识，积累行业经验，在复杂多变的商业环境下对监管导向和市场变化快速作出反应，及时防范风险、预判商业走向，为公司的业务决策提出可行性的法律意见和全方位的支持。

通过历年评选，ALB向业界呈现了来自各行各业顶尖的法务团队，这些团队的工作复杂程度、创新思维、卓越表现以及对行业影响力均受到了广泛的认可，我们看到法务团队扮演着越来越积极的角色，“引领型法务”发挥的积极作用不断地重塑着业务伙伴和同行对于法务团队的理解。

以下为2021 ALB China 十五佳公司法务团队的调研方法和评选标准。

调研方法：

• 公司法务团队提交报名表格；
• ALB邀请律师填写网上问卷，推荐他们心中优秀的法务团队；
• 参考市场和以及同行的评价，若需要，ALB会进行采访。

评选标准：

• 参与及完成的重要交易/项目，直接为公司的发展或利润做出贡献;
• 赢得的仲裁/诉讼，从而保护公司免遭财务或声誉损失;
• 以创新方式深度参与公司运营，促进合规水平提升;
• 根据团队规模考察工作的多样性和复杂性;
• 其他成绩（如在教育、公益法律服务、慈善事业等方面的成绩）。

参与方式：

• 如果您是公司法务，欢迎点击此处下载报名表格，填写完毕后发送至TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com，中文、英文或者双语填写均可。参与者须为过去12个月常驻中国大陆的法务团队。请着重突出贵法务团队所取得的成就。报名的截止日期为北京时间2021年11月19日18:00。

Submission open: 2021 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams

We are pleased to inform you that the submission is open for 2021 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams.

The significant role and influence of in house teams have always been ALB’s focus. We understand that the in house teams are facing an increasingly complex and changeable business environment now. With its high professional ability, deep understanding of the business and excellent team cooperation, the in house legal teams constantly update legal knowledge and practical experience, improve business awareness and accumulate business experience, so as to quickly respond to regulatory guidance and market changes, and prevent risks, forecast the business trend in a timely manner, and provide feasible legal advice and all-round support for the company's business decision-making.

And we are very pleased that the top in-house teams identified are widely recognized in terms of work complexity, creativity and industry influence. We can see that the in house legal teams are playing an increasingly active role, and the positive role of " the leading type of legal personnel" is constantly reshaping the understanding of the legal team by business partners and peers.

Methodology and criteria of this ranking is as below:

METHODOLOGY :

• Self-nomination forms for in-house teams.
• Lawyers  are invited to fill out a survey in which they can recommend in-house teams for the ranking.
• We will also take into account peer commentary, market feedback and ALB editorial input. Interviews will be conducted by ALB if necessary.

CRITERIAS:

• Involvement in and completion of significant transactions/projects; being a direct contributor to the company’s growth or profit;
• Arbitration/lawsuits won, and thus having saved the company from financial or reputational loss;
• Innovative and in-depth involvement in the company’s operations and promotion of compliance;
• Efficiency and complexity of work based on the scale of the team;
• Other accomplishments/activities (i.e. educational, pro bono, charitable, etc.).

To Participate:

• Submission forms can be downloaded here. Only one entry is allowed per organization. The form can be filled in Chinese, English or both.  Please submit the form to TRALBRanking@thomsonreuters.com. Deadline for submissions is 18:00 November 19. The submissions are open to the in-house teams based in mainland China in the past 12 months.
• The survey can be taken from here, which will be closed on 18:00 November 12.

The 15 winners will be awarded with a ALB trophy, the result will be published in ALB China’s December 2021 issue.

2021 ALB China Top 15 In House Teams is exclusively sponsored by Zhong Lun Law Firm. ALB research team will conduct the research independently.
