通商律师事务所近日迎来资本市场专家刘博海律师以高级顾问的身份加盟其香港办公室。加入通商前，刘律师曾在诺顿罗氏律师事务所担任合伙人。

刘博海律师拥有逾27年的法律服务经验，职业生涯中也曾任霍金路伟香港办公室合伙人，并在史密夫斐尔、罗夏信有过较长时间的工作经历。

刘律师专注于香港IPO、可转债、增发配售、票据认购等在内的资本市场业务；并购及公开收购；港交所上市公司合规等业务领域。

C&F taps capital markets veteran from NRF in Hong Kong

Beijing-headquartered Commerce & Finance Law Offices has added corporate and equity capital markets veteran Terence Lau in its Hong Kong office as senior consultant. Prior to joining C&F, Lau was a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright’s Hong Kong office for over seven years.

Lau has more than 27 years of experience serving in the legal industry, he also worked at Hogan Lovells as a partner for nearly nine years, as well as at Herbert Smith Freehills and Stephenson Harwood.

Lau focuses on ECM businesses including Hong Kong IPOs and other fund raising transactions; private M&As and public takeovers, as well as listed companies’ compliance work regarding the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
