Our client is a global firm headquartered in the US with a strong APAC footprint.  As part of its strategic growth and expansion plans in the region, our client has an opportunity for a Corporate M&A transactions partner to join its practice in Singapore.

You will be part of an integrated and collaborative Corporate team that spans a number of offices around the globe.  The firm's clients are from a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, technology, energy, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products, transportation and logistics. The firm's lawyers in the Singapore office have worked in a variety of jurisdictions across Asia as well as the U.S., U.K.and Australia.
