上海正策律师事务所近日在宁波、杭州设立分所，分别成为该所继越南河内、江苏江阴之后设立的第三、四家分支机构。

宁波分所的业务领域包括国际贸易、海事海商、保险金融、知识产权、境内外企业合规、投融资及并购、外商直接投资、涉外仲裁及诉讼争议解决；杭州分所的业务领域包括TMT、资产管理、银行与金融、民商刑事争议解决、知识产权、劳动、企业合规与治理、基础设施和建设工程等。

根据上海正策官网显示，除已设立的四家分所外，其常州分所正在筹建中。该所还在东京设有办事处。

Shanghai-based Joint-win expands presence in Ningbo and Hangzhou

The Shanghai-headquartered Joint-win Partners has recently set up two branches in Ningbo and Hangzhou, becoming the firm’s third and fourth branches following those in Hanoi, Vietnam, and Jiangyin in Jiangsu Province.

The Ningbo branch’s services cover a range of areas including international trade, maritime, insurance, intellectual property (IP), domestic and foreign corporate compliance, investment, finance and M&A, foreign direct investment, and foreign arbitration and litigation. The Hangzhou branch provides services involving TMT, asset management, banking and finance, civil, commercial, and criminal dispute resolution, IP, labour, corporate compliance and governance, and infrastructure and construction.

According to the firm’s website, in addition to the existing four branches, the firm also has a representative office in Tokyo, Japan, and the Changzhou branch is being set up.
