中国规模最大的律师事务所之一京师律师事务所已于今年4月正式注册成立英国伦敦办公室，成为京师在欧洲的第六家分支机构，预计将在今年9月举行开业典礼。

据悉，京师伦敦办公室将以英国典型律所的合伙制作为预期的运营模式，由合伙人尤勇律师出任首席代表。伦敦办公室主要业务领域包括投融资、中国文教产业的境外服务、知识产权、房地产、信托和婚姻家事等。

京师伦敦办公室将以在英国和欧洲进行投资和在境外融资的中国企业、有对外发展需求的文化教育产业，以及在英国及欧洲生活的华人群体为主要服务对象，同时发展境外客户和境外业务，特别是境外的金融法律服务业务。

总部位于北京的京师律师事务所成立于1994年。2020年，京师在“ALB中国最大30家律师事务所”榜单中位列第三名。京师告诉ALB，自全球化战略布局以来，京师已经走向全球30多个国家，铺设了融通国内外办公室的法律服务网络。京师伦敦办公室的设立在其国际化布局中具有重要战略地位。

“京师将通过在伦敦开设海外办公室，立足伦敦，辐射英国，携手开拓欧洲法律服务市场，为更多中国投资者提供国际化的法律服务，”京师表示。

Jingsh registers office in London

Beijing-headquartered Jingsh Law Firm has recently finished the registration of London office, which becomes the firm’s sixth office in Europe.

According to Jingsh, their London office will be led by partner You Yong and adopt the traditional British law firm partnership model for operation. The main practice of Jingsh’s London office will include investment and finance, culture and education, intellectual property, real-estate, trust fund, and marriage and family. 

Jingsh’s London office will focus on providing services to Chinese companies with investment and finance activities in the UK and Europe, cultural and educational companies with demand in overseas development, and British and European Chinese. Meanwhile it will also develop overseas clients and business with focus on finance-related legal services.

Established in 1994, Jingsh is one of the largest Chinese law firms and ranked the third in “2020 ALB China 30 Largest Law Firms”. Jingsh tells ALB that it has built a global legal service network covering over 30 countries, and the establishment of their London office is of great significance to the firm’s global strategy.

“By establishing an office in London, Jingsh will be able to radiate its influence to the UK and explore the European market, providing international legal services to more Chinese investors,” says Jingsh.
