世泽律所近期提拔了三名资深律师为薪酬合伙人. 其中两名在世泽成立之初就已经开始为世泽工作。
这三名律师分别是顾问杨瑛和两名高级律师孙铭及韩冬梅。杨瑛，韩冬梅在北京办公室工作，杨瑛的执业专长是反垄断和国际贸易业务，韩冬梅的执业专长是公司法和争议解决。他们俩一直是世泽律所的业务骨干，曾代表世泽参加过律所的多项重大项目，
另一名是来在世泽上海办公室工作的孙铭。他在公司法、并购和金融方面有丰富的经验。
Broad & Bright has promoted three senior lawyers to its partnership: Beijing-based duo Han Dongmei and Yang Ying, as well as Sun Ming.
Han’s practice focuses on corporate transactions and dispute resolution, while Yang specializes in anti-trust and international trade law. Both of Han and Yang make up the firm’s backbone. Both have been at the firm for seven years and have advised on a number of the firm’s most complex and high-value projects.
Sun Ming, based in Shanghai, joined Broad & Bright as a senior lawyer from the Shanghai office of Jin Mao. Sun has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and finance.
The new appointments push the total number of the partners at the firm to 19. Of these three are salaried and 16 are equity partners. ALB
