蒲律师主要从事公司与并购、私募股权/创业投资、不良资产投资、以及民商事争议解决业务，涉及的行业包括医药健康、能源矿产、人工智能、教育、餐饮、房地产和互联网等。加入中伦文德前，他曾在立方律师事务所工作。
陈隽慷先生的主要执业领域包括私募股权投资基金的设立与合规运营、私募股权投融资、资产管理、公司并购以及一般公司业务、体育法及运动员经纪等领域的法律服务工作。加入中伦文德前，他曾在资管机构、央企及上市公司旗下的产业投资基金担任合规风控负责人超过10年。
王律师拥有十余年的执业经验，在知识产权、竞争与反垄断领域办理了大量的疑难、复杂、前沿的案件。加入中伦文德前，他曾在唯入律师事务所工作。
费律师的主要执业领域为公司收购与兼并、股权投资、基金设立以及一般性公司法律事务。加入中伦文德前，他曾在方达律师事务所工作。
陈建律师的主要研究方向为刑事法律实务和反腐败法治实务。加入中伦文德前，他曾在乾成律师事务所工作。
陶律师的主要法律服务业务领域包括私募基金、股权投资、文化与传媒、公司法律及社会组织等。加入中伦文德前，他曾在担保公司、投资公司担任风控负责人。
Zhonglun W&D adds seven experts in Beijing
Seven new experts have recently joined Zhonglun W&D Law Firm's Beijing office. Pang Zhenhuan, Pu Panyu, Wang Ke, Fei Facheng, Chen Jian, and Tao Tao joined as partners, and Chen Xunkang as senior counsel at the firm.
Pang specialises in criminal law and criminal procedure, dispute resolution, and private equity. He worked as a prosecutor at Beijing Dongcheng District People's Procuratorate before joining Zhonglun W&D.
Pu focuses on corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital investment, distressed asset investment, and civil and commercial dispute resolution in various industries. He previously worked at Lifang Law Firm.
Chen Xunkang has over 10 years of experience in compliance and risk control officer roles for industrial investment funds owned by asset management institutions, central enterprises, and listed companies. His practice areas include private equity funds, private equity investment and financing, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate business, sports law, and athlete brokerage.
Wang has over 10 years of experience handling complex intellectual property, competition, and antitrust cases. He previously worked at Welaw Law Firm.
Fei's primary practice areas are acquisitions and mergers and acquisitions, equity investment, fund establishment, and general corporate law matters. He previously worked at Fangda Partners.
Chen Jian's main research interests are criminal law practice and the anti-corruption rule of law practice. He previously worked at Qiancheng Law Firm.
Tao specialises in private equity, equity investment, culture and media, corporate law, and social organisations. He previously worked as the head of risk control in a guarantee company and an investment company.
