中银律师事务所近日迎来争议解决律师吕峰、证券与资本市场专家唐文波、争议解决律师陆煜菲、银行与金融专家彭素菊四位律师以合伙人身份加盟其北京总所。

吕律师以高级合伙人身份加盟中银，此前，他执业于北京市权达律师事务所。从业20年来，吕律师在民商事诉讼/仲裁、刑事诉讼、公司法、反倾销领域经验丰富，曾代理过多起重大疑难案件。吕律师还在文化传媒和房地产建筑领域有所涉猎。

唐律师以合伙人身份加盟中银。他具有18年的金融及律所工作经验，曾执业于大成律师事务所、汇业律师事务所等律所，并曾在中海信托、中信信托等金融机构任职。唐律师擅长投融资及相关法律业务，他主办的案件包括国内某著名基金系列诉讼案件，中国人保系列财产保险纠纷案，中信信托地产投资案等。

陆律师以内部合伙人身份加盟中银。此前，她曾执业于北京大显律师事务所。陆律师主要从事诉讼与仲裁业务，房地产、建筑工程与基础设施、公司综合类业务、证券与资本市场业务，曾承办数百起诉讼案件。

彭律师以内部合伙人身份加盟中银。此前，她执业于鼎章律师事务所，还曾在某股权投资公司和国内某知名金融租赁公司任职。彭律师拥有多年法律实务经历，曾办理过大量金融商事纠纷案件，涉及融资租赁、股权、基金、理财等投融资争议解决。

这是中银继今年3月迎来庄京律师后的最新一批合伙人级别引入。

Zhong Yin adds partner quartet in Beijing headquarter

Zhong Yin Law Firm has hired dispute resolution veteran Lv Feng, securities and capital markets expert Tang Wenbo, dispute resolution lawyer Lu Yufei, and banking and finance expert Peng Suju as partners in its headquarter in Beijing.

Lv joins Zhong Yin as a senior partner. Prior to it, he practiced at Quanda Lawyer. Lv has 20 years of experience in areas of civil and commercial litigation/arbitration, criminal litigation, corporate, and anti-dumping, having represented multiple major and complex cases. Lv is also familiar with culture, media, and real-estate industries.

Tang joins as a partner. He has 18 years of working experience in financial agencies, such as Zhonghai Trust and CITIC Trust, as well as law firms including Dentons China and Huiye Law Firm. Tang has expertise in investment and finance and related legal affairs. He has led in multiple major cases, including a well-known domestic fund-related litigation case series, a series of PICC property insurance disputes, and CITIC Trust real-estate investment case.

Lu joins as an inner partner. She previously worked at Beijing Great Shine Law Firm. With expertise in litigation and arbitration, real-estate, construction and infrastructure, corporate, and securities and capital markets, Lu has represented in hundreds of litigation cases.

Peng joins as an inner partner to Zhong Yin, prior to which she worked at Dingzhang Law Firm, as well as financial institutions including an equity investment company and a domestically well-known financial leasing company. With years of legal experience, Peng has participated in many financial dispute cases, involving financing lease, equity, fund, and wealth management.

This is Zhongyin’s latest batch of partner-level hire since adding Zhuang Jing in March.
