罗夏信律师事务所—广东伟途律师事务所联营近日迎来私人财富管理专家姜璐璐律师以合伙人身份加盟上海办公室。

姜律师经验丰富，致力为客户提供各种私人财富、并购、私募股权投资和高管激励计划（ESOP）咨询服务。她在跨境交易结构设计、信托和传承规划以及企业传承规划方面拥有丰富的实务经验。加入伟途前，姜律师曾在中伦律师事务所工作。

罗夏信亚洲私人财富业务团队负责人李明士在一份新闻稿中表示：“姜律师的专业技能和知识储备，将进一步加强我们在中国内地私人财富领域为客户提供的专业支持的能力。”

随着姜律师的加入，伟途目前共有四位合伙人级别律师。

Wei Tu adds private wealth expert in Shanghai

Wei Tu Law Firm, an associated firm of Stephenson Harwood in Greater China, has recently welcomed Joanna Jiang as a new partner in their Shanghai office.

Jiang is an expert in private wealth, M&A, private equity investments, and employee stock ownership plans (ESOP). She has extensive knowledge in cross-border structures, trust and estate planning, and business succession planning. Before joining Weit Tu, Jiang worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm. 

In a press release, Kevin Lee, the head of Stephenson Harwood's Asia private wealth practice group, expressed his excitement about Joanna's appointment, stating that her expertise and knowledge will enhance the Chinese mainland specialist support that Wei Tu and Stephenson Harwood can offer to clients in the private wealth space. 

With Jiang's addition, Wei Tu now boasts a team of four partners.
