前上海光大合伙人陈永兴率其房地产团队（共5人）加入中伦文德上海分所，并担任一级合伙人。 至此，中伦文德上海分所已有10名合伙人。

陈永兴的主要业务涵盖商业地产项目、房地产前期开发和建设及资产证券化。自2003年以来，陈永兴曾为多个商业地产地标项目提供从开业到日常经营的全程法律服务。 目前，他正为上海最大的商业中心之一凯德龙之梦-虹口广场提供法律服务。

作为上海律师协会房地产业务研究委员会委员，陈永兴对商业地产融资中涉及的“资产证券化”颇有研究。 他认为目前中国商业地产融资还处在一个理论探索阶段，国家在这方面还有些限制，但不久的将来，地产金融也会随着经济的发展逐渐开放。

“中伦文德在融资信托方面已经发展已比较成熟，我相信通过这个好的平台，我的团队一定能在较短的时间内在商业地产融资方面走在全国的前列。” 陈永兴说。

Former Everbright partner Chen Yongxing  has joined the Shanghai office of Zhonglun W&D as a senior partner. This addition brings the total number of partners in the Shanghai office to ten. Chen is joined at Zhonglun W&D by his Everbright team of five lawyers. 

Chen, specialising in commercial real estate projects, real estate development and construction and assets securitisation, has advised on many landmark shopping mall projects. He is currently acting for CapitaLand Dragon Dream-Hongkou Square, one of the largest shopping malls in Shanghai.

A member of the real estate law Study Committee of Shanghai Bar Association, Chen is one of the foremost experts in the area of assets securitisation of commercial real estate financing.  He believes that China's commercial real estate financing is still in a nascent stage and is limited in practice, but will become more open in the near future.

"I believe my real estate team will get ahead in the area of assets securitisation of commercial real estate financing in China through Zhonglun W&D's platform, which has already developed well in this area," said Chen. ALB
