Lantai nabs real estate expert in Beijing from Dentons
Lantai Partners has hired Jiang Lanlan as partner in its head office of Beijing. Jiang joined from Dentons, where she was an associate.
Jiang focuses on dispute resolution, real estate and infrastructure, with special knowledge of the investment and financing, M&A transactions in the areas of real estate and construction, as well as clean energy.
She also provides risk management and compliance services to various kinds of companies.
According to Lantai’s website, the firm now has forty-one partners in Beijing.
