高林睿阁律师事务所近日迎来戴伟宏（Vivian Desmonts）律师以合伙人身份加盟其广州代表处，未来戴律师将作为高林睿阁在广州的首席代表，主导并拓展中国企业海外发展类业务，以及外国企业进入中国市场类业务。

加盟高林睿阁前，戴律师曾任德尚律师事务所广州代表处合伙人及首席代表，他在德尚工作了21年，于2003年调任德尚上海代表处工作，并于2007年主导了其广州代表处的设立。

戴律师的主要执业领域为与中国相关的公司法、税法、外资法以及国际仲裁，尤其擅长为在华设立、收购、运营及重组联营或全资外资公司提供法律意见。他同时担任深圳国际仲裁院的仲裁员。

Gowling WLG hires new Guangzhou head from DS Avocats

British-Canadian law firm Gowling WLG has hired Vivian Desmonts as the head of its Guangzhou office. Desmonts was previously the chief representative of French law firm DS Avocats’ operation in the southern city, an office he helped establish in 2007.

In his new role, Desmonts will focus on building relationships with Chinese businesses entering or expanding in international markets, as well as international companies looking to do business in China.

Desmonts, who previously worked with DS Avocats in Shanghai, specializes in corporate law, taxation, foreign investment and international arbitration in China. He also has expertise in advising clients on the establishment, acquisition, operations and restructuring of joint venture companies and wholly foreign owned enterprises in China. Desmonts additionally acts as arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
