功承瀛泰律师事务所近日迎来两位专家魏毅、李瑞律师以高级合伙人身份加盟北京办公室。

魏律师专注于投资并购，民商事争议解决，私募股权和投资基金，企业合规领域。加入功承瀛泰之前，他曾在泰和泰律师事务所工作。

李律师深耕融资租赁，跨境与投资，私募和股权投资，并购和上市，信贷和信托，企业重组和破产清算，竞争和反垄断, 合规与政府监管，以及相关争端解决业务。加入功承瀛泰之前，他曾在玺泽律师事务所工作。

功承瀛泰在一份新闻稿中表示，两位合伙人的加入，将进一步充实其在融资租赁、投资并购、争议解决等领域的专业力量。

这是该所今年引入的第一批合伙人级别律师。

Wintell & Co adds duo experts in Beijing

Wintell & Co has recently added two experts Wei Yi, Li Rui as senior partners in its Beijing office.

Wei specializes in the areas of investment and mergers and acquisitions, civil and commercial dispute resolution, private equity and investment funds, and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Wintell & Co, he worked at Tahota Law Firm.

Li focuses on financial leasing, cross-border and investment, private equity and investment, mergers and acquisitions and IPOs, credit and trust, corporate restructuring and insolvency and bankruptcy, competition and antitrust, compliance and government regulation, and related dispute resolution. Prior to joining Wintell & Co, he worked at Tisize & Partners.

The firm addressed in a press release that the addition of the two partners will further enhance its expertise in the areas of financial leasing, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution.

This is the first batch of partner-level hires made by the firm this year.
